Welcome to DoneHero. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DoneHero website, web application, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

DoneHero includes gamified features such as XP, levels, scores, and rewards. These are virtual, have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may be adjusted, reset, or removed at any time as the Service evolves. Any real-world rewards you define are arranged and fulfilled solely by you.

6. Service availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may also update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email [email protected] from the address linked to your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or other users.
